Miles Rowe, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M. (NCCAOM)
Miles Rowe received his Masters of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2008 from Yo San University, a prestigious school of TCM founded by three members of a family lineage of thirty eight generations of acupuncturists.
During his training, he gained experience in treating a wide variety of conditions in individuals with diverse backgrounds. His training involved significant experience in treating pain, stress, and anxiety. Miles has practiced energy work and qigong (traditional Chinese Healing exercises) for over 30 years.
He focuses on balancing acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle choices to find comfortable and effective formulas to promote the health of his patients. He is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed by the North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board. Prior to his work in acupuncture, Miles earned a masters degree in Germanic Languages from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and taught on the college level for several years. He brings his knowledge of empowering the learning process to his practice of cultivating the health of his patients.
